Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, service address, photos of the areas you would like cleaned, and any notes you include with a quote request or contact form.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as pages viewed and general location, to understand how the site is used.

We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and perform service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, process payment, and respond to questions or support requests.

Photos you send are used to estimate scope and, unless you tell us otherwise, may be used as before-and-after examples of our work with identifying details removed.

If you opt in, we send SMS messages about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to do that work, or where required by law.

We keep customer records for as long as needed to service the account and satisfy tax and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, unsubscribe from marketing email, or opt out of SMS at any time. Contact us and we will act on the request promptly.
